At Foret Fragrances, we aim to deliver your favorite fragrances with care, speed, and reliability. Please take a moment to read our Shipping and Delivery Policy to understand how we handle order fulfillment and logistics.


1. Order Processing Time

We begin processing your order within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. All orders, unless stated otherwise (such as pre-orders or customizations), are typically shipped within 48 to 72 hours of order placement.

Note: Processing and shipping timelines may be affected due to unforeseen circumstances such as public holidays, natural calamities, governmental restrictions, or other force majeure events.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order is expected to be delivered within 5 to 7 working days (for domestic orders within India).

For international orders, delivery timelines may vary based on the destination country and local customs procedures. Estimated delivery for international shipments is typically 7 to 10 working days.


3. Shipping Charges

Domestic Orders (India)

  • Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently not applicable (or you can add: Attracts an additional INR 60 logistics fee per order, if applicable).

4. Delivery Partners

We partner with reliable national and international courier services such as FedEx, DTDC, DHL, India Post, UPS, Aramex, and others to ensure prompt delivery to your doorstep.


5. Delivery Issues & Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking ID via email once your order has been dispatched. In case of any delivery-related concerns, delays, or tracking issues, you can reach out to us via email, and our support team will assist you promptly.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We strive for perfection, but if your order is damaged, tampered with, or incorrect:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the package is visibly damaged.
  • If accepted, please mention the condition on the delivery receipt and take clear photographs.
  • Contact us immediately via email so we can investigate and resolve the issue swiftly.
  • If there is an error in the items received, we will take necessary steps to rectify it at no extra cost.
